SWT25100F automatic tie wrap machine uses nylon zip ties T25120 to bundle harness, soft tubes/connectors or copper tubes. It mainly improves the bundle speed and increase the products capacity.
 
Working process of automatic tie wrap machine
 
Operation process: put nylon zip ties into vibration bowl – load and distribute nylon ties – put wire harness/tubes or other products in the middle of jaws of cable tie gun – tread the foot pedal - finish bundle and collect the waste.
