He went through the website and contact me(Amy Pan). In the begining, he was interested in cable tie machines SWT25100H and SWT25100D.
After confirmed what is the bundled items, we suggested him SWT25100D. However, he was worried and not sure that this zip tie machine can really bundle his products. So I asked him to send some samples to our factory to test and take videos for him to check.
He was really responsible for this project and we had a good cooperation each other. At last, we built a good business relationship.
