Please can you tell me the issues we face using longer cable ties?

Jason from UK said the customer wants to use 255mm cable ties. However, there is no such a cable tie machine that can bundle 255mm nylon zip ties. He wants to know the reasons. So I manage some data for someone who needs it. Wish these can help you in the future.
1. 255mm single nylon cable tie is too long to load in the vibration bowl. Now, we can't find one V-bowl that can load and distribute nylon cable ties one by one. That is also why C36200 nylon cable ties W3.6*L200mm are reel cable ties. C36200 4000pcs in a reel, it doesn't ask for V-bowl.
2. SWT36200FC and SWT36200HC can bind the longest nylon cable ties 200mm. And they must use reel cable ties C36200 made by our company, SWIFT technology.
3. Using C36200 that means the max bundle diameter is 42mm. If your products, such as soft tubes' diameter is more than 42mm, the nylon cable tie machine can not bundle it with nylon tie wraps. If the diameter is too close 42mm, we hope you could send some samples to our factory to test by our cable tie machines.
