Recently, A client from Indonesia uses other brand nylon cable ties in automatic cable tie machine SWT25100D.
It is clear that SWT25100D can not work well.
Let me review the process.
First, the person called A contacted and informed me the company wanted to buy SWT25100D. It knew the machine works well from its sister company(This company has bought SWT25100D and T25100 together).
I just informed A SWT25100D can use only T25100 but didn't tell the reasons. That may not make A remember it deeply.
Second, after machine arrived in the company, B contacted me, and made C communicate with me. It is my fault, I forgot to tell C not to use other cable ties. After got the videos, we found they did not use T25100 so automatic cable tie installation machine can not work well.
In a word, automatic cable tie machine generally uses special nylon cable ties that are with good quality(such as stronger, no burr/flash/deform).
If want to use other brand cable ties, pls customize the cable tie machine based on sample nylon tie wraps.
