The client in Vietnam asked us to design a cable tie gun that has special function as below.
The cable tie gun can lock cable ties and cut/not cut the excess parts off automatically. And the locked cable ties are loose or tight. What is more, it is only one machine. We designed two functions.
1. The cable tie gun can automatically cut the excess parts off. And it is bundled tightly. You don't have to adjust the cable harness size. Just put the harness in the middle of the jaws of cable tie gun.
2. By adjusting different times, the loose degree is different. The ring is small or big. And the whole cable tie would be kept.
